The Y Package builds upon the Element with:

• A 270-watt AM/FM/CD audio system with 6 speakers and a subwoofer
• Independent subwoofer control
• MP3/digital media auxiliary input jack
• Cruise control
• Rear 12-volt accessory outlet
• 4-wheel anti-lock braking system with electronic brake distribution
• 16-inch alloy wheels
• "Fabric for Extreme Conditions" (FCX) on both front and rear seats
• Metallic gray body panel cladding and utility floor

Element Y Package 4WD further adds:

• Honda's Real Time 4WD
• Removable rear skylight
• 4-speed automatic transmission

Power is delivered to the drive wheels by a 2.4-litre four-cylinder engine featuring Honda's latest i-VTEC engine technology to deliver both low-end torque and high-rpm power with reduced exhaust emissions and improved fuel economy. With 160 horsepower and 159 lb.-ft. of torque, the Element achieves stringent Tier 2 - BIN 5: LEV II - LEV emissions standards.
