The Volkswagen Scirocco shown at the 2010 SEMA won the "Best European Import" award. This magnificent piece of work with a swapped 3.2-litre VR6 being boosted by two turbochargers results in a 550 horsepower with 500 lb-ft of torque. Already very impressive specs, but this is just the basic kit!
HPA therefore showcased a stage 2 kit that improves the torque to 600 lb-ft, making the VW going through 0-100 km/h in 3.4 seconds with a top speed of 321 km/h. Modifications were also done on the brakes, replacing the stock braking system by 14-inch, eight-piston units in front and 13-inch rotors out back. The final touch on the Scirocco consists of 19-inch aluminum BBS wheels wrapped in Dunlop tires.
