Carlos Ghosn appointed President and CEO of Renault
May 7, 2009 At the Annual General Meeting of May 6, 2009 Louis Schweitzer, Chairman of the Board of Directors, confirmed that he would not renew his directorship. The Board of Directors named Carlos Ghosn Chairman of the Board of Directors, alongside his current responsibilities, and appointed him President and CEO of Renault.
