Indy Lights: Sebastian Saavedra on pole in Long Beach

Tristan Vautier was looking forward to earn a second pole this season but an ultimate flying lap from Sebastian Saavedra was rewarded with pole position for Sunday's Indy Lights race in Long Beach.

The AFS/Andretti driver crossed the line with a 1m14.6143s, beating the Frenchman by a mere 0.086s.

Vautier's Sam Schmidt Motorsports teammates Esteban Guerierri and Oli Webb took third fourth respectively while Saavedra teammate Carlos Munoz completed the top five.
