10:45 AM - As expected, Infiniti showed off its new M sedan, along with the Kuraza Concept SUV.
The M35/45 sedan is powered by either a 3.5-litre V6 or a 4.5-litre V8 and will feature such uplevel equipment as Infiniti's Lane-departure system, an intelligent key system, and adaptive headlights. All-wheel-drive will also be available.
Pricing has been announced, but only for US models: $39,900 US for the M35, and $46,750 US for the M45. This new Infiniti should be on sale in February 2005 in the US, and Canada should get it soon after that.
The Kuraza Concept is full-size sport/utility vehicle, comparable in dimensions to the brand's QX56, and is an exercise in interior design. It emphasizes space, versatility, and ultimate comfort. The exterior shape, though, is not very pleasing to the eye, but has a full-glass roof, 19-inch chrome wheels, and LED lighting all-around.
