Andretti Autosport driver Ryan Hunter-Reay will have a busy weekend in Long Beach as he is scheduled to drive not only in the IndyCar race but also in the American Le Mans Series event.
The American will not only be aboard his Dallara-Honda but he will also be competing in one of Level 5 Motorsports' two LMP Challenge cars alongside team owner Scott Tucker for Saturday's Tequila Patrón American Le Mans Series race.
For the 29-year-old driver, this will be his second start in ALMS and he will become the first driver to run both series on the same weekend since Ryan Briscoe did a double stint for Penske Racing at Belle Isle in 2008.
