Conquest Racing has announced that it will take part in September's Indy Japan 300 at Twin Ring Motegi, having signed a deal to run Kosuke Matsuura with backing from CLICK Securities Inc.
Matsuura, who will drive the No. 34 Dallara, driven most of the season by Alex Tagliani, made his debut back in 2004 but has not raced in the category since unification.
Matsuura made 64 starts for Super Aguri Fernandez Racing and Panther Racing, with a best result of fourth place from the Michigan race in 2007.
