According to reports, Graham Rahal could be back in action full-time with Newman-Haas-Lanigan Racing for the upcoming Long Beach round of the IndyCar Series.

Rahal, after loosing his ride with N/H/L after the team lost its major sponsor, has signed with Sarah Fisher Racing to drive in the St-Petersburg and the Barber Motorsports Park rounds.

Now it appears that the 21-year old driver has secured enough sponsorship that will likely put him back with former employer Newman/Haas/Lanigan for the rest of the season.

"I don't want to say too much yet but it's looking good for something full-time," Rahal told speedtv.com.

Auto123.com had earlier received information that Rahal could find himself at Ganassi Racing if the budget could be put together in order to put a third car on the starting grid.

At the time this report was made, Brian Lisles, the team manager at NHLR, said he did not know of any details but would welcome the chance to run Rahal again.
