Team Penske driver Helio Castroneves will be in court Friday where a U.S. federal grand jury will hand down a seven count indictment claiming he failed to report more than $5 millions in taxes over a four year period.
The Brazilian is accused of using a Panamanian shell corporation to conceal income received from Penske Racing and another company from the U.S. Internal Revenue Service.
