Icon movie actor and co-owner of long-time racing team Newman-Haas, Paul Newman, has died yesterday at the age of 83 following a lengthy battle with cancer.
Newman, who was co-owner of the Newman/Haas/Lanigan Racing team and raced himself throughout the 1970s and 1980s, died peacefully at his home in Westport, Connecticut, with his wife Joanne Woodward and his five daughters at his side.
