OTTAWA - In direct response to the legislative shortcomings resulting in the consequences from the Toyota recall, the Honourable Joe Volpe, Member of Parliament for Eglinton-Lawrence and the Official Opposition Transport Critic, introduced today the Proactive Enforcement and Defect Accountability Legislation (PEDAL) Act.
