Kia has a 2% share of the Canadian market. Hyundai, at the moment,
doubles that portion. If Kia can keep the base price of the 4-door around the $13,000 mark and well under $16,000 for the 5-door, they should be able to insure strong sales and slowly but surely, get their hands on more of the remaining 96% of the sales pie. With short and long term reliability on the rise and, lest we forget, the 5-5-5-warranty program, Kia certainly has much to look forward to.
