The Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4, which is set to replace the Murciélago, has generated quite a buzz in recent months. After a series of spy shots and various speculations about the new model's name, the technical specifications have now been leaked!
The V12 engine of the Aventador will produce 690 horsepower and 508 pounds-foot of torque, resulting in a top speed of 350 km/h and 0-100 accelerations in 2.9 mind-blowing seconds. As announced in November by Lamborghini, power will be sent to the driving wheels through a 7-speed ISR gearbox.
The car will ride on 255/35R19 front tires and 335/30R20 rear tires. As for the brakes, expect carbon-ceramic units at all corners.
The exterior will offer pastel, solid, metallic, pearl effect and matte finish colours ranging from black to white, grey, yellow, orange, red and blue. The interior will also offer various colour and trim choices, including two-tone options, as well as contrasting stitching.
