The Dome-Judd that Team Pescarolo will run at Le Mans 24 Hours for Bourdais, Minassian and Ara, was tested in Spain.
The objective of the test was to find the basic set-up of the Dome S102.5 powered by a Judd 3.4 litre engine for its first race : the 6 Hours of Spa, Round 2 of the World Endurance Championship on May 6th.
A first test was held April 3rd and 4th in Navarra with Nicolas Minassian and Seiji Ara doing the driving. Then, the team moved to Motorland Aragon, where Sébastien Bourdais replaced Ara.
"We are particularly pleased that during three days of testing and some 1100 km, the car and its engine worked perfectly," said Henri Pescarolo.
"We found a good machanical and aero balance which should fit the circuits of Spa and Le Mans. It is an amazing experience to work with Dome’s engineers and to share the same passion for motorsport and endurance."
