Swedish design firm Gray Design and Stand Craft have revealed images and details of their project, a sumptuous means to transport wealthy vacationers from their high luxury hotel suites or private residences to the beach: the Limousine Beach Cruiser.
Once ensconced in the buttery smooth Alcantara leather seats, occupants enjoy maximum sun exposure while basking in the glory of a Breitling instrument cluster and splashes of Swarovski crystal and listening to their favourite music emanating from a 1,100-watt, 15-speaker Naim stereo system.
Under the hood rumbles a 6.0-litre V8 sourced by Chevrolet, generating a total of 400 ponies dispatched to all four wheels and enabling top speeds of 220 km/h.
With its eye-catching wood trim, the Limousine Beach Cruise is no more and no less than an opulent interpretation of the Griswold family wagon from the cult holiday movie Christmas Vacation.
