Reigning MotoGP champion, Australian Casey Stoner has clarified his critics of the way Italian Valentino Rossi handled itself during the last MotoGP event in Laguna Seca, California. The Ducati driver now says that he has put that disagreement behind.

After the Californian race, both Stoner and Rossi exchanged harsh words in front of the media following a mishap during their close battle on the circuit, the Australian having accused the seven-times champion of having unfair overtaking moves that put Stoner off the road.

Rossi's victory in the USA has put him 25 points clear of Stoner in the championship battle.
