The NASCAR Camping World truck AAA Insurance 200 race at the Dover International Speedway's "Monster Mile" was supposed to be run on Friday evening but Mother Nature (rain) decided otherwise and the event was finally held Saturday evening after the Nationwide race.

As it happened in the Nationwide race, right front tires became a problem that would hit both leader Kyle Busch (Tundra No 51) and second place Colin Braun (Ford No 6) at the end of the race.

As the yellow flag was thrown, Brian Scott (Tundra No 16) stayed on the track instead of going to his pits and held off Dennis Setzer (Chevy No 8) and David Starr (Tundra No 24) during the last ten laps to the checkered flag.

As for Busch, he would finish 9th. Canadian J.R. Fitzpatrick (Chevy No 4) driving for the first time for Kevin Harvick and also for the first time at the Dover International Speedway, though he spun on lap 3, made his way back to ninth place but finished in 11th.

Québec-born Mario Gosselin (Chevy No 72) now living in Florida was the first to quit the race and ended up last.

Pole sitter and series leader Ron Hornaday who crashed early still leads the series with 29 points over veteran Mike Skinner (Tundra No 5), 27 points over Matt Crafton (Chevy No 88) and 56 points over Busch.

The next Camping World truck race will be held at the Texas Motor Speedway on the evening of June 5.
