Brad Keselowski, the hottest previously unsigned driver in NASCAR garages, will be racing full-time in the No 12 Penske Racing Dodge in the Sprint Cup series and full-time in the Nationwide Series also in 2010.

"We are very excited to welcome Brad to the Penske Racing family," said Roger Penske in a press release. "Brad has shown terrific success on track the past several years and has quickly established himself as one of the top young stars in racing. He is a proven winner and a welcome addition to our team."

The 25 year-old won the Talladega Sprint Cup race, in April, driving for James Finch, posted Nationwide Series victories at Dover, Iowa and Michigan in 2009 and was third in the 2008 standings.

"Penske Racing is one of the top teams in all of motorsports and I am honored to join Roger Penske's organization and compete for wins with his Cup and Nationwide Series teams," said Keselowski. "This is a great opportunity for me to continue competing in the Nationwide Series and to run my first full season in the Cup Series with a strong and experienced team."

Keselowski, who had been driving for JR Motorsports (Dale Earnhardt Jr.) in the Nationwide Series, was expected to join Hendrick Motorsports. Since Mark Martin did not retire Hendrick was unable to add a fifth car due to the NASCAR four-car cap and Earnhardt was not ready to field a Sprint Cup team.
