Last year's champ, Jimmie Johnson (Chevy No 48) held off Tony Stewart (Camry No 20) to win the rain delayed Chevy Rock & Roll 400 NASCAR Sprint Cup race this afternoon, at the Richmond International Speedway.

Denny Hamlin (Camry No 11) came in third. Clint Bowyer (Chevy no 07) finished 12th and that puts him in the Chase.

Point leader Kyle Busch (Camry No 18) ended up 15th while runner-up Carl Edwards (Ford No 99) was 13th.

As far as Canadian Patrick Carpentier (Dodge No 10) is concerned, he went as high as 12th but finally finished 25th, just ahead of Reed Sorensen (Dodge No 41).
