NASCAR has officially released its testing schedule for the 2008 season. Sprint Cup teams will test at the Daytona International Speedway with half the teams on the track Jan 7-9 (with Jan 10 rain date) and the other half Jan 14-16 (with Jan 17 rain date).
Then, testing will resume at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway Jan 28-29, California Speedway Jan 31- Feb 1), Phoenix (March 3-4), Pocono (May 27-28) and Lowe's (Sept 23-24).
Nationwide (formely known as the Busch Series) teams will also test at Daytona (Jan 18-22), Las Vegas (Jan 30-31), Richmond International Raceway (March 24-25, rain date 26) and Lowe's Motor Speedway (May 12-13, rain date 14).
The Craftsman Truck teams will test at Daytona (Jan 11-13), Atlanta Motor Speedway (Jan 22-23, rain date 24) and Martinsville Speedway (March 12-13, rain date 14).
