Red Bull Racing Team have confirmed that ARCA series leader and ex-Formula 1 driver Scott Speed will make his Sprint Cup debut at Lowe's Motor Speedway before taking over AJ Allmendinger's drive for the rest of the season.
To no surprise, the team also announced that veteran Mike Skinner, who had already drove for Red Bull in five races at the start of the season, will driver the No.84 car at Talladega and Lowe's, before handing it over to Speed.
Former Champ Car series' ace Allmendinger still has to confirm what he will do in the future but he remains committed to staying in NASCAR.
