Unveiled in Los Angeles last November, the new Volkswagen CC four-door coupe comes to North America this spring. Sleek and sporty, the Volkswagen CC has become incredibly popular in Europe over the past four years.
The new variant boasts a longer list of standard equipment and juicy hi-tech options such as fatigue detection, Dynamic Light Assist, Side Assist Plus and Lane Assist. The direct injection gas and diesel engines have also been revised, and a start/stop system as well as a battery regeneration mode will now come standard on the TDI mills.
For greater fuel economy, all engines up to 207 hp can be coupled with a dual-clutch transmission and an AWD system (to be introduced at a later date).
