Transport Canada has issued a recall on the 2007 Volvo S80 regarding its steering system. On certain vehicles, the power steering reservoir return hose could have been incorrectly installed during assembly, causing it to be pinched or kinked. Because of this, the pressure in hose might cause it to burst, followed by a loss of power assist.
Dealers will inspect the reservoir return hose and replace it if necessary. In Canada, 299 vehicles are affected.
