We spent all weekend talking to our Mustang experts and we only ended up with speculation, but this is one package/edition that hasn't been seen before.
The single tailpipe and rear emblem indicate this is a 4.0-liter Mustang, but it's sporting unique stripes and body-colored side window louvers. We couldn't find any reference to these items any where. So this will surely spark debate and speculation among Mustang's enthusiasts.
Could this be the 2010 Pony Package with a few extras? Or something totally new?
Whatever it is, it's another new look for the 2010 Mustang!
We do know however that Ford "new" Pony car will start production early in 2009 and will be on-sale during the first quarter of '09. Although it will reach dealerships early in 2009, it will be sold as a 2010 model.
