Mitsubishi e-Evolution
The Lancer name could be making a comeback, but in the form of a crossover. (Purists, please line up on the left to register your complaints). In fact, the e-Evolution concept is not just a pretty face. The coupe-style SUV has a very contemporary design, but its powertrain is conceived to deliver performances worthy of the Evolution name (as the brand’s performance sedan was called, you’ll recall). What’s more, Mitsubishi’s S-AWC all-wheel drive system should be part of the mix when the vehicle debuts.
