Standard equipment on the GLS V6 4Motion includes air conditioning, 4-wheel anti-lock disc brakes, an anti-theft alarm, remote keyless entry, an 8-speaker sound system, side airbags, power heated mirrors, a full-size spare, one-touch up/down power windows, a tilt/telescope steering wheel, and more.
The GLX 4Motion includes that equipment or upgraded versions of that equipment, plus a power glass sunroof, leather seating, alloy wheels, a Monsoon sound system, a rear sunshade, wipers that turn on when they sense rain, and the outside mirror that tilts when you back up.
Power for the 4Motion models comes from VW's 2.8-litre, 30-valve, DOHC V6 with variable-valve technology that puts out 190 horsepower at 6000 rpm and 206 pound-feet of torque at 3200 rpm.
