The new Ford Fiesta RS WRC, the replacement of the Focus in the World Rally Championship, will make its racing debut at the Arctic Rally, which will be held late January in Finland.
The Fiesta S2000 has already run several events in 2010 (including a major success at the Rally Monte Carlo one year ago). But this will be the debut of the WRC version of the Fiesta with the 1.6-liter turbocharged engine that suits de new technical regulations.
Mikko Hirvonen will run the first day of the Arctic Rally, before leaving his place to his teammate Jari-Matti Latvala for the second day of the event.
