Team Volkswagen stayed in Norway after Rally Sweden for four days of testing the Polo R WRC in the snow.
It was the first time Volkswagen ran the 2013-spec Polo R that will make its debut in 2013. The « zero » prototype car, based on the Skoda Fabia, was driven for months for the initial test sessions.
Volkswagen test driver Dieter Depping and Sebastien Ogier shared the driving duties of the Polo R.
The Frenchman recently won the S2000 class at the Rally Sweden behind the wheel of a Skoda Fabia S2000.
