The IndyCar Series has confirmed that former Champ Car World Series teams will receive two testing sessions to get acquainted with their new Dallara-Hondas before the season-opener at Homestead-Miami Speedway.
Five teams are expected to turn out at both the 1.7-mile road course at Sebring International Raceway over 19-20 March and on the 1.5-mile oval at Homestead-Miami Speedway four days later. The teams expected to show up are Conquest Racing, Dale Coyne Racing, Newman/Haas/Lanigan Racing, KV Racing Technology and HVM Racing, although Keith Wiggins has expressed a degree of doubt over whether his operation will make Sebring as it rushes to assemble its Dallaras.
