Centrix Financial Grand Prix of Denver presented by PacifiCare - First Qualifying Session Report
source: Mi-Jack Conquest Racing by Kika Garcia-Concheso Nelson Philippe - # 34 Wellbox - Mi-Jack Conquest Racing Friday Qualifying Position: 14th " We started pretty good this morning when the track was green with no grip, but with more grip the car was getting more difficult to drive, so it is a little bit frustrating. We are not where we want to be, and what can I say? I was pushing in this qualifying session but the car was very unforgiving, is loose, push, loose, push. We are going to have to sit down, see the data and go over what we have done. It is not very satisfying, actually is very disappointing. We have to find something because the car isn't there and my teammate doesn't seem to be doing better than I am doing. We will work and there is always tomorrow, hopefully we can do it better then." Andrew Ranger - # 27 Mi-Jack/Tide - Mi-Jack Conquest Racing Friday Qualifying Position: 17th "It was a tough day. This morning we tried some stuff from our latest test in order to develop the car a little bit more, we tried to do something new but was not right for this track, but maybe for another track could be very good. Qualifying was almost like my first practice because I tried everything, the car was not there, so I need to work a little bit with the engineers. We had a lot of problems, but I think I just need to work a little bit harder."
