Former Formula One driver, Mika Salo, could be making his way to CART if
rumours circulating the Paddock are to be believed.
The Finn - who raced in Formula One between 1994 and 2001 - has been linked with Craig Pollock's PK Racing outfit and attended last weekend's Portland Grand Prix as a guest of the team. It is known Pollock is aiming to increase his team to a two-car squad, and Salo would be the perfect choice for the team manager. They well together, as proven by Salo's time at BAR when he deputised for Ricardo Zonta in 1999. During his Formula One career, Salo raced for Lotus, Tyrell, Arrows, BAR, Sauber and Ferrari as well as working as Toyota's official test driver during the 2001 season.
