Co-owner of Dreyer & Reinbold Racing Dennis Reinbold has indicated that although rumors regarding Sarah Fisher's possible return to IndyCars were looking positive, as of today "it doesn't look very positive." source: paddocktalk.com - rumors The ride was contingent on the team with the driver putting together a budget for the three remaining races that Ryan Briscoe isn't going to drive for the team. He would go on to say that, "We had talked to Sarah (Fisher) about that possibility and things gained some momentum and that momentum pretty much went away. At this point and time, I don't know, but it looks pretty doubtful I would say." It also puts D&Rs entry in those races into a different light. Reinbold would be straight forward about his teams , "So beyond this weekend and Sonoma, I really don't know what we are going to do in the future." 18 IndyCars will start the ABC Supply/AJ Foyt Indy 225 tomorrow in Milwaukee. The PaddockTalk Perspective: We have never worried too much about car counts, but the trend for the IRL this season isn't positive in this regard. The series has to get their costs under control, and match up the affordability of racing with the available sponsorship. As for Sarah... We'd like to have seen her return. Her popularity is STILL a big deal, and we've seen numbers that prove it. Not having her in the IRL is a marketing mistake.
