A few details of the 7-Series' exterior design are my only criticisms of what is clearly the best car in its competitive class - that is until the 6.0-L V12 version appears for 2003. After one week behind the wheel i-Drive was still a chore, but using the previously complicated drive system had become second nature, and much superior to any car previously tested.

Truly, the BMW 745i challenges the senses on every level. It asks us to think outside of the automotive box and offers a tantalizing reason to comply.
