Would the Bel Air Concept sell well if it were produced en masse? Like so many retro niche vehicles it would no doubt experience an aggressive initial sales curve, but would also most likely taper out as quickly as the excitement moved on to the next latest, greatest thing.
I, for one, am intrigued by what the Bel Air Concept could mean for future Chevys. While bowtie group's next generation of cars most definitely will not be looking back to their roots with quite the same verve as this concept, excepting the SSR pickup, incorporating popular styling cues to help get in touch with the brands glory days is a smart idea. And why not spice up the modern day interior with a little color? That would be very refreshing.
