The TSX should be a capable handler as well. Its rigid body structure is complimented by a race-bred, 4-wheel independent double-wishbone suspension, enhanced by Vehicle Stability Assist (VSA), 17-inch alloy rims wrapped in P215/50R17 all-season performance tires.

The wheels are framed by tastefully flared arches, the front of which line up to meet a beautifully integrated profile line that begins at the bottom edge of the wraparound High Intensity Discharge (HID) headlight/turn signal cluster and ends just above the angular taillights, creating an aggressive wedge shape. The rear lamps are dimensionally small, a breath of fresh air from the current oversized taillight trend. An attractive diffuser-style lower rear fascia incorporates twin, chrome-tipped exhaust ports for a powerful image. Up front it's also very attractive, albeit not particularly distinctive. Its deep 5-sided grille finishes off the tapered hood lines harmoniously while three large air intakes appear inspired by Jacque Villeneuve's BAR F1 racecar's front wing, adding to its sporting demeanor.

Its dash layout offers no surprises either, with a conventional gauge cluster just ahead of a thick, leather wrapped 3-spoke steering wheel. A substantial band of rich wood veneer dips at center to bypass the large infotainment screen, before stretching across to meet identical wood strips that span the doors. It's a classic theme but executed with particularly inspired fashion. If the interior's perceived quality is anything like its North American sold Accord sibling then Acura fans will be impressed. The Accord is one of the best in its class.
