sedan and sport utility segments. There are buyers that would jump at the opportunity to own one of these Ralliarts, and such are the types of performance-oriented buyers that will remain loyal to the brand when it comes time to step up to another new vehicle.

Building the Endeavor and Galant Ralliart models would be relatively inexpensive too, compared to wooing new customers with all-new products. And would-be buyers are already built into the system, being made up of Endeavor and Galant owners already impressed with the more domesticated versions of the same models.

Only time will tell whether Mitsubishi builds the two new Ralliart prototypes, but if it pulls them off anywhere near as well as it transformed the Lancer into one of the best off-the-rack import tuners on the market, we would be in for a treat. Here's hoping.
