Practical luxury
Despite its wealth of head and legroom, cargo capacity is slightly impeded by the dramatic cut line defining the vehicle’s tail end. This design feature tends to limit the accommodation of large bulky items. On the plus side though is a flat load floor and rear seatbacks that drop with a single motion.

Lexus has restyled the RX 350 consistent with their L-finesse design philosophy.

Along with one of the most exhaustive assortments of comfort and convenience equipment in a crossover, the 2010 RX 350 supplies a comprehensive array of airbags as standard equipment, that include roll-sensing side curtain airbags and front seat and rear seat side-mounted airbags.

The base RX 350, if it can be called such, is stickered at $46,900, with my ultra-loaded tester tagged at weighty $62,200; but I challenge anyone to name an option or piece of equipment that it didn’t have.
