Capturing the Spirit of the 60s Camaro
When unleashed, the V6 engine exhibits all the right aggression. It emits a decent howl while catapulting the car forward with surprising authority. Despite laudable performance and handling capabilities, I found road noise within my tester to be quite pronounced.

No doubt that the 20X8 front rubber and 20X9 rear rubber, which is part of the Rally Sport Package, contribute to this irritant.

The wrap
The new Camaro is definitely a showpiece. This isn’t a vehicle to buy for practicality. Its rear seat is difficult to access and its trunk opening is one of the smallest I’ve seen in a long time. If, however, nostalgia for the heady days of the pony car burns within you day and night, this may be the cure.

GM has done a remarkable job of capturing the spirit of the 60s Camaro in this modernized icon irrespective of its shortcomings.
