Inside, base models get brushed aluminum trim, but one can order high-gloss brown walnut or high-gloss black ash wood trimmings. The centre console’s layout is virtually identical to the one in the new C-Class, including a color screen for the COMAND multimedia interface, sound system and phone switches as well as easy-to-use rotary dials for the climate control system. Overall finish is, like in any recent Mercedes, beyond reproach.
