We understand and realize that these trucks are designed for and capable of doing much more. Our towing and payload exercises were meant to represent what an average owner may put their truck through on an occasional basis, not to test the limits of said pickups.
As each truck was spec'd in a variety of ways, we made sure that all of them would be able to handle the tests with a fair margin remaining. We were not out to break the trucks; we'd no intention to buy any of them.
