Mark Webber has just acquired a brand new Porsche 918 Spyder. The former F1 driver, who currently takes part in endurance races, already owned a Porsche 911 GT2 RS, Motor Authority reports.
Webber’s 918 Spyder is fitted with the available Weissach package, which includes 6-point safety harnesses, magnesium wheels, and numerous carbon fibre elements. The outer shell is painted in bright red with white stripes on the rocker panels, as well as around the headlights and doors – a look that’s reminiscent of the No. 17 Porsche 919 Hybrid race car he and his teammates Timo Bernhard and Brendon Hartley are driving this year.
