The Atlantic series will be back in action this week-end as the third round of the 2008 calendar will take place on the unique and beautiful Mont-Tremblant circuit, North of Montreal.
Two of the major players in the series this year are Canadians James Hinchcliffe and Kevin Lacroix.
Coming into Tremblant, James Hinchcliffe leads the championship with 44 points while Kevin Lacroix lies in 6th place with 31 points.
It would be fair to say that Lacroix could have been in Hinchcliffe place has it not been for a mechanical failure a few meters from the finish line while Lacroix was riding in 3rd place in the last race, in Laguna Seca.
Both drivers were in Tremblant last year for the inaugural race and Hinchcliffe finished in 3rd place while Lacroix was 8th.
Only four points separate leader Hinchcliffe from Markus Niemela who stands in fifth place.
