Experimental band Apparatjik, consisting of famous artists such as a-ha’s Magne Furuholmen and Coldplay’s Guy Berryman, have transformed an electric smart fortwo into a veritable disco ball, harkening back to the days of Saturday Night Fever and bell-bottom pants.
The body and wheels are completely draped in reflective glass. The glitzy machine will be featured in a movie called Pixel City, and the band will be performing at the premiere on March 26 and 27. The car is currently exhibited at Berlin’s New National Art Gallery.
