Turin, Italy - Fiat was born in 1899 on Corso Dante, in Turin. It ranks today among the top European manufacturers and its recent alliance with Chrysler will make it one of the premier automotive groups in the world.
The Fiat Museum located on the corner of Corso Dante and Via Chiabrera, in Turin, houses some 70 significant cars, starting with model 3 1/2 HP. This model is also exhibited at the Ford Museum, in Dearborn, Michigan.
