Despite the breathtaking pace at which it evolves, the auto world is one nostalgic place. After the return of the MINI and the resuscitation of the Dodge Challenger, it’s the Jensen Interceptor’s turn to be brought back to life.
Healy Sports Cars announced it had chosen CPP Global Holdings to develop a modernized version of the car, set to be unveiled next year and distributed in 2014.
For now, we know it’ll feature an aluminum frame and body, but that’s about it. We did however get our hands on two images released by CPP that give us a good idea of what we’ll be looking at.
We currently have no information on pricing or production numbers, but we do know that very few Interceptors will actually be built.
Several buyers have apparently already made their interest known.
