Ogden, UT - International Armoring Corporation (IAC), a leader in the design, installation and manufacturing of armored passenger vehicles, announced today that they have successfully designed and armored the new 2010 BMW 750i.

This new armored BMW, being offered to the discerning client, is designed to provide protection from powerful handgun and high-power rifle rounds. Known for using the lightest weight armor in the industry, IAC equips these armored BMW's with their proprietary lightweight armor (a.k.a.:ARMORMAX®) which reduces added weight by 40% over traditional steel armor.

The IAC designed and armored BMW, offers room for up to four persons inside the protected passenger cabin. Because of the combination of BMW's superior drive and suspension technology, as well as the light-weight ARMORMAX® armoring package, the driver can cope effortlessly with any situation, especially during an attack. With the new IAC armored BMW 750i, a new standard in protection against crime on the road has been created.

The armoring package offered on the new IAC armored BMW 750i has been independently certified in accordance with levels B4-B6. This security package provides protection from the world's most widely used handgun, the .44 magnum, to high powered rifle fire of an AK 47. The entire passenger compartment is protected, including all glass areas, doors, pillar posts, roof, floor, etc., as part of the base standard package. In additional to the standard armoring package being offered on the BMW 750i, the base package includes fuel tank, battery and ECM protection as well as run-flat tire bands.

In addition to the standard package, there are additional options that can be placed on the vehicle, including Siren/PA/Intercom, Smoke Screen, Electric Shocking, as well as a number of other options. Base Armoring packages are now being offered at US$52,500.00 for B4 level of protection and US$82,350.00 for B6 level (in addition to the cost of the vehicle). With the newly armored BMW 750i, IAC has now completed armoring designs and engineering for more than 135 different models.
