The HRT Spanish Formula 1 team announced Wednesday a major change in the management team.
A press release says the team and Dr. Colin Kolles have reached an agreement to end their cooperation and therefore the Team Principal will abandon his post on December 15, 2011.
“This is due to the new direction that the team has taken and the decision of the new management to move the team headquarters to Spain,” says the release.
Dr Kolles - who ran a team in the Formula 3 Euroseries - was hired to rescue the small Spaniard team after the original plans with Adrian Campos failed weeks before the first Grand Prix of the 2010 season.
