The famous and fast circuit of Monza, the home of the Grand Prix of Italy will feature two distinct DRS passing zones in two weeks.
The FIA has announced that the drivers will enjoy two separate zones to activate their Drag Reduction System during the Italian Grand Prix.
There's usually just one DRS zone at each race but in Montreal and Valencia, the FIA set up two.
In Italy, the first zone will be located on the start/finish straight and the second one will be located between the second Lesmo and the Ascari chicane (see the red lines on the circuit map).
The detection point for the first zone will be on the exit of the long Parabolica sweeper, with the other between the two Lesmo right-hand corners.
