Track workers, marshals, officials and personnel of the Silverstone circuit, the home of the British Grand Prix, plan to pay tribute to Mark Robinson, the fellow worker who was tragically killed at the end of the Canadian Grand Prix.
Robinson, 38 was a member of the l'Automobile Club de l'Île Notre-Dame and had been a track worker at the Canadian Grand Prix for the past 10 years.
He was tragically killed during the podium ceremonies when he was busy retrieving the damaged Sauber of Esteban Guttierez.
Robison was walking in front of the crane when he dropped his radio. He stumbled when he tried to pick it up and was caught under the wheels of the lift.
