Starting from the pole position, Mark Webber had a terrible start and was seven at the first corner. The Australian finishes second and scores some precious points for the world championship.
Robert Kubica finishes third with his Renault. In second position during a long period, the Australian overtook him during the ultimate pit stop.
Bad day for Sebastian Vettel, who eliminated Jenson Button in a crash and received a drive-through penalty. Back in the race, he had another touch with Vitantonio Liuzzi (Force India) and get a flat tire. The German don't score any points. Fernando Alonso also don't score any points, he retired at 7 laps to the end.
Heikki Kovalainen (Lotus) is 16th and first of the new teams.
